This impressive set for WPRI-TV features control room duratrans surrounding all three anchor area walls as well as the faux second story balcony area above. The gently curving railing and sweeping duratrans help give this set a expansive, high-tech and "newsy" look and accomplishes a big look in a small studio.

The anchor desk itself is flanked by two flat screen monitors mounted on motorized lifts that can pull the screens out of view when not in use.

A nearby weather center includes both work areas and a presentation pod, while a spiral staircase surrounded by glass block curves onto the set's interview area.
